You can rely on the RL-H3A's self-leveling to provide stable and accurate grade. There are no delicate wires or bearings to worry about. That's because Topcon combined the World's fastest leveling system with thier patented Liquid Compensation.

The RL-H3A comes with the LS-70 SmartSensor™ receiver and holder for simple one-person operation. Set-up the RL-H3A and use the LS-70 SmartSensor™ to check grade. It offers 11 levels* of precise visual and audible grade verification and even alerts you when the laser has been bumped or when the batteries are low. The holder also lets you position the LS-70 on the grade rod quickly and accurately. Use Topcon's grade stake Laser bracket and the RL-H3A makes a perfect grade checking tool in road building applications.
